学前教育专业教育见习对课程学习有效性的策略研究

摘　　要：教育见习是专业人才培养不可或缺的重要环节之一,是在校生体验、感受、了解未来所从事工作岗位最直观的方式,通过梳理学前教育专业相关政策文件,从教育见习现状、教育见习内容及教育见习满意度三个方面分析学前教育专业教育见习对课程学习的影响。提出强化见习前后一体化课程教学模式、优化教育见习方案并建立考核机制、加大使用数字技术赋能学生课程学习、提高指导教师的指导方式及力度四个有效促进教育见习对课程学习的策略。践行办好学前教育,实现幼有所育,提升幼有优育的教育理念。education trainee is one of the important part of professional personnel training,is the students experience,feeling,understand the future work the most intuitive way,by combing preschool education professional related policy documents,from the education trainee status,education trainee content and education trainee satisfaction three aspects of preschool education professional education trainee on the influence of course study.It puts forward four effective strategies to promote the course learning of education internship,namely,strengthening the integrated course teaching mode,optimizing the education internship program and establishing the assessment mechanism,increasing the use of digital technology to empower students'course learning,and improving the guidance mode and strength of instructors.Practice the realization of preschool education and improve the education concept of superior education.
