摘　　要：食品毒理学课程应用性和实践性强,涉及的学科较广,知识相对枯燥,基本概念繁多且晦涩难懂,导致学生上课注意力不集中,教学效果不佳。通过项目教学法与自主学习相融合的方式,激发学生的学习兴趣,提升了学生学习的主动性,提高了食品毒理学的教学质量和教学效果。Food toxicology is highly applicable and practical.In the teaching,it is found that the course involves a wide range of disciplines,with dry knowledge,and most of the concepts are obscure,which cause the students to lose concentration in class,resulting in poor teaching effectiveness.By integrating project teaching method with autonomous learning,we can effectively increase the interest and innovation of teaching,stimulate students′potential for independent learning,and improved the quality of food toxicology teaching.
