摘  要:新中国成立以后,中医药事业得到了长足的发展,其中师承教育在中医药人才培养方面发挥着重要的作用。梳理了新中国成立以来的中医师承政策,对2012-2023年中医师承教育的政策文本进行统计分析,发现虽然国家对于中医药传承及中医药人才发展高度重视,中医师承教育政策不断加强、教育制度不断完善,但新时代中医师承教育政策与院校教育的结合尚显不足,师承过程的监管体系尚需完善。据此给出了相应的改进建议,以期为今后中医师承教育政策的制定提供参考与借鉴。After the establishment of the People's Republic of China,the industry of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has made great progress,and master-apprentice education plays a very important role in the cultivation of TCM talents.This paper collects and sorts out the policies of the TCM master-apprentice education since the establishment of the People's Republic of China,and analyzes the policy texts of the TCM master-apprentice education from 2012 to 2023.The results indicate that although the state attaches great importance to the inheritance of TCM and the development of TCM talents,the education policy of TCM master-apprentice education has been continuously strengthened and the education system has been continuously improved,the combination of TCM master-apprentice education and college education in the new era is still insufficient,and the supervision system of TCM master-apprentice education process needs to be improved.In order to solve these problems,there is lots of advice on the formulation of TCM master-apprentice education policy in the future.
