集团化办学视域下职业院校双创教育提质增效策略研究

摘　　要：提质增效是新时代双创教育高质量发展的内在要求和现实需要。阐释了集团化办学视域下职业院校双创教育提质增效的应然逻辑,分析了职业院校双创教育提质增效的关键制约因素,在此基础上提出了集团化办学视域下职业院校双创教育提质增效策略:转变观念,提高双创教育价值认同度;多维发力,深化体制机制创新;深化产教融合,优化双创教育体系与模式;以人为本,优化评价体系和模式。Enhancing quality and eficiency is the inherent requirement and realistic need for the high-quality develop-ment of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the new era.The logic of enhancing the quality and efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges from the perspective of school operation in the style of group management is explained,the key constraints of enhancing the quality and efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges are analyzed,and the strategies of enhancing the quality and efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges from the perspective of school operation in the style of group management are put forward:changing the con-cept,and improving the value recognition of innovation and entrepreneurship education;making efforts from multiple dimen-sions,and deepening the innovation of systems and mechanisms;deepening the integration of production and education,and opti-mizing the system and mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education;putting people first,and optimizing the evaluation sys-tem and model.
