摘 要:21世纪,教育数字化已在全球范围内得到广泛关注和实践,并取得了显著成效,我国的数字化教育在基础设施和教学方式等方面也正在不断取得进展。国家中小学智慧教育平台有效解决了过去教育资源分散、数据获取困难、平台管理失范等问题,将教育资源的静态效能转化为教育改革的发展动能,显现出“资源共享共融、平台互联互通”[1]的数字化转型优势。然而,数字化教育仍然面临着诸多挑战,如学生的学习力与能动性需要提高、信息技术与教育教学的融合程度有待深化、教师数字化教学能力仍需提升、数据驱动的管理与服务能力亟待提高、数字化体制机制仍需进一步完善等。本文通过国家中小学智慧教育平台在乌兰察布市的应用研究,探讨数字化教育在地方基础教育中的应用路径,以期为地方基础教育质量提升、促进教育公平提供参考和思路。In the 21st century,digitalization in education has garnered widespread attention and practice globally,achieving significant success.In China,progress is continually being made in the infrastructure and instructional methods of digital education.The platform of Smart Education of China for primary and secondary schools effectively addresses past challenges,such as decentralized educational resources,difficult data acquisition,and mismanagement of platforms.It transforms the potential energy of static educational resources into the developmental momentum of educational reform,demonstrating the advantages of digital transformation with Sharing and Integration of Resource,Interconnection and Communication of Platform[1].However,digital education still faces numerous challenges,such as the need to enhance students’learning ability and initiative,deepen the integration of information technology with educational instruction,improve teachers’digital teaching capabilities,enhance data-driven management and service capabilities,and further refine digital institutional mechanisms.This paper explores the application of digital education in a local context through a case study of this platform in Ulanqab City.The aim is to provide insights and ideas to enhance the quality of basic local education and promote educational equity.
