摘　　要：文章基于信息化背景下的高等农业院校,分析了当前人才培养模式存在的不足,并针对社会发展需求,探讨了高校为提升本科生学习积极性、创新能力和实践技能所采取的有效措施,旨在培养出综合素质良好的高质量农技人才。The article analyzes the shortcomings of the current talent cultivation model in higher agricultural institutions under the background of informatization,and explores effective measures taken by universities to enhance the learning enthusiasm,innovation ability,and practical skills of undergraduate students in response to the needs of social development.The aim is to cultivate high-quality agricultural technology talents with good comprehensive quality.
