大数据背景下高职会计专业信息化人才培养路径研究

摘　　要：大数据的快速发展推动了会计工作的逐步深入,对会计从业人员提出了更高要求。高职院校会计专业在人才培养时要以就业为导向,以能力培养为重点,以对接企业需求为目标,应当顺应行业发展趋势,对照人才培养目标,新增信息化课程和加强校企合作,使学生在毕业时能够更加符合企业需求,提高就业可能性。文章着重分析了大数据给会计行业带来的影响,高职会计专业人才培养的特点,以及高职会计专业信息化人才培养的必要性,并提出具体的培养路径,以期为高职会计专业信息化人才培养提供相应的借鉴。The rapid development of big data has driven the gradual deepening of accounting work,posing higher requirements for accounting practitioners.The accounting major in vocational colleges should be employment oriented,focus on ability development,and aim to meet the needs of enterprises in talent cultivation.It should comply with industry development trends,compare with talent cultivation goals,add information technology courses,and strengthen school enterprise cooperation,so that students can better meet the needs of enterprises and increase employment possibilities upon graduation.This article focuses on analyzing the impact of big data on the accounting industry,summarizing the characteristics of talent cultivation in higher vocational accounting,as well as the necessity of talent cultivation in information technology in higher vocational accounting,and proposing specific training paths,in order to provide corresponding reference for the cultivation of information technology talents in higher vocational accounting.
