摘 要:乡村振兴的时代背景下我们更加需要乡村教育家。回望历史,近代乡村教育家在对乡村建设的国家使命、乡村教师的公共角色、乡村教育的专业信念、乡村办学的胜任能力的思考与实践中,集中展现出我国乡村教育家群体独有的精神风貌。面对现实,乡村教师所需要解决的使命意识问题、自我认同问题、专业信念问题和胜任能力问题,历史上的乡村教育先贤们都有所解答,给我们以时代启迪。据此,乡村教育家培养应该在教师教育体系中增加乡村教育家精神培育的内容,包括开设讲座课程、建立社区联系、开发教育案例、增加学校实践等四个方面,以助力乡村振兴。In the context of rural revitalization,we need more rural educators.Looking back at history,modern rural educators have concentrated their thinking and practice on the national mission of rural construction,the public role of rural teachers,the professional beliefs and the competence of rural education,showcasing the unique spiritual style of the group of rural educators in China.In the face of reality,the issues of mission awareness,self-identity,professional beliefs,and competence that rural teachers need to solve have been answered by the pioneers of rural education in history,providing us with inspiration from the times.Based on this,the current cultivation of rural educators should increase the content of cultivating the spirit of rural educators in the teacher education system,including offering lecture courses,establishing community connections,developing educational cases,and increasing school practice,in order to assist in rural revitalization.
