摘 要:探索将OBE理念融入“食品保藏学”课程思政建设中,以成果导向顶层设计“食品保藏学”课程思政体系,将思政元素和专业教育有机融合、相互联动,构建课程核心价值体系,全过程评价并持续改进。实施后,培养目标达成度不断提高,学生既具有扎实的课程理论基础、过硬的专业实践技能,又具有良好的职业观和社会责任感,人才培养质量全面提高。此探索与实践也为其他专业课程的课程思政建设提供参考。The OBE concept is integrated into the ideological and political construction of“Food Preservation”course,and the ideological and political system of“Food Preservation”course is designed at the top level with the outcome orientation.The ideological and political elements are organically integrated and linked with professional education to construct the core value system of the course,evaluated and continuously improved throughout the entire process.After implement,the degree of achievement of training objectives has been continuously improved.Students not only have a solid theoretical foundation,excellent professional practical skills,but also have a good professional outlook and sense of social responsibility.The quality of talent cultivation has been comprehensively improved.The exploration and practice also provide reference for the ideological and political construction of other professional courses.
