摘 要:目的通过调查了解河南省两地区消费者对营养标签和食品包装正面标识(front-of-pack labeling,FOP)存在形式的认知及偏好情况,为我国人群健康教育和进一步完善营养标签标识提供科学参考依据。方法2021年1—3月,采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法在焦作市和南阳市抽取消费者,以电子调查问卷的方式收集调查对象基本情况、对营养标签及FOP的认知及偏好情况。结果共抽取调查对象503人,对营养成分表的知晓人数为248人,知晓率为49.30%,大学本科及以上学历调查对象对营养成分表的知晓率(65.85%)和关注率(74.07%)均较高,不同学历间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=32.744、10.966,P均<0.05);知晓食品营养声称或营养成分功能声称的有141人,知晓率为28.03%,不同年龄和文化程度的知晓率及关注度差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);37.38%的调查对象知道FOP,18~<31岁年龄组(51.61%)和大学本科及以上文化程度人群(48.78%)知晓率较高(χ^(2)=19.565、20.476,P均<0.05)。81.51%调查对象希望FOP得到推广;针对“哪类FOP更容易帮助快速选择健康食品”问题和对于“哪类FOP能提供最需要的信息”问题,消费者均更倾向于选择“聪明选择标识”,分别为49.10%、48.11%;居住在城市或农村对FOP类型的偏好差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.418、12.498,P均<0.05)。结论河南省两地区消费者对营养标签及FOP的知晓率和理解率偏低,居民普遍对推行FOP持支持态度,建议采用兼具醒目颜色、营养素信息和简明指示的解释型FOP。Objective To assess the awareness and preference of consumers in two regions of Henan province regarding food nutrition labeling and front-of-pack labeling(FOP)so as to provide scientific basis for national health education and improvement of nutrition labeling.Methods Using a multi-stage stratified random sampling method,we to selected consumers from Jiaozuo city and Nanyang city between January to March 2021.Electronic survey questionnaires were utilized to gather information of respondents'understanding and preferences for nutritional labels and FOP.Results A total of 503 respondents were surveyed.Awareness rate of nutritional ingredient table was 248,with a knowledge rate of 49.30%,with those having an undergraduate degree or higher showing higher rates of awareness(65.85%)and attention(74.07%),with significant differences across education levels(χ^(2)=32.744,10.966,both P<0.05).The awareness rate of food nutrition claims or functional claims was28.03%(141),with significant differences by age and education levels(both P<0.05).The FOP awareness rate was 37.38%,higher among respondents aged 18-<31 age(51.61%)and with an undergraduate degree or higher(48.78%),with significant differences between age and education groups(χ^(2)=19.565,20.476,both P<0.05).A majority of respondents(81.51%)favored the promotion of FOP.Consumers preferred smart selection labels for easy use and information provision(49.10%and 48.11%,respectively),with significant differences in preference between urban and rural respondents(χ^(2)=17.418,12.498,both P<0.05).Conclusions Awareness and understanding of nutrition labeling and FOP among consumers in the survey regions are relatively low.However,there is a general supportive attitude towards FOP implementation.A simple,interpretive FOP with striking color,specific nutrient information,and brief instructions is recommended for adoption.
