摘  要:建设省级规划教材在提高高技能人才自主培养质量、落实教材建设国家事权以及优化职业教育教材体系等方面具有重要意义。省级规划教材应定位于对接职业学校学生教育性需求、职业教育外部适应性需求以及职业教育内部延展性需求。省级教育行政部门可通过组织编写、遴选修订和立项培育等方式,明确建设标准、规范编修程序、严格教材审核,协同多方参与,综合采取激励与问责、更新与淘汰、评价与督查等机制,积极推进省级规划教材高质量建设。The construction of provincial planning teaching materials is of great significance in im-proving the quality of independent training of high skilled talents,implementing the national authority of teaching material construction,and optimizing the vocational education teaching material system.Provincial planning teaching materials should be positioned to meet the educational needs of vocational school stu-dents,the external adaptability needs of vocational education,and the internal extensibility needs of voca-tional education.Provincial education administrative departments can clarify construction standards,stan-dardize editing procedures,strictly review teaching materials,and collaborate with multiple parties through organizing compilation,selection and revision,and project establishment and cultivation;Comprehensively adopt mechanisms such as incentives and accountability,updating and elimination,evaluation and supervi-sion to actively promote the high-quality construction of provincial planning teaching materials.
