摘 要:为了探究职前教师的学习动机与其在试教过程中焦虑程度的关系,本研究以388名在校师范生为被试,使用问卷调查方法进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:(1)职前教师的内生学习动机与外生学习动机都较高,男生的内生动机显著高于女生。(2)职前教师在试教中的焦虑程度大多处于正常范围之内,但仍有部分职前教师在这个过程中表现出中度或高度焦虑,男生在试教中的焦虑程度显著低于女生。(3)内生动机与试教中的焦虑程度呈显著负相关,而外生动机与之呈显著正相关。In order to explore the relationship between the learning motivation of pre-service teachers and their level of anxiety in the process of trial teaching,this study conducted an empirical study by using a questionnaire survey with 388 normal school students as subjects.The research results indicate that:(1)Pre-service teachers have higher intrinsic and extrinsic learning motivation,with boys having significantly higher intrinsic motivation than girls.(2)The anxiety level of pre-service teachers during the trial teaching is mostly within the normal range,but there are still some pre-service teachers who show moderate or high anxiety in this process.The anxiety level of boys in the trial teaching is significantly lower than that of girls.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between endogenous motivation and anxiety level in the trial teaching,while there is a significant positive correlation between exogenous motivation and anxiety level.
