我国高校本科教学质量问题与对策探究——基于学生感知体验的视角

摘  要:本文通过中美高校本科生感知到的本科教育教学关键指标的数据比较发现:我国高校本科教学质量问题已经从教师教学转向学生学习,突出表现在本科生高阶学习能力不足、积极学习行为不够以及整体就读经历满意度不高三个方面;通过分析我国高校本科生感知到的本科教育教学关键指标发现:线上教学不利于高阶学习能力的培养和积极学习行为的激发,二年级和三年级学生高阶学习能力、积极学习行为、教育收获体验等提升需求迫切,艺术学本科生高阶学习行为显著高于其他学科,历史学和理学专业本科生高阶学习行为显著低于其他学科学生。因此,应重视本科生受益最直接、最核心、最显效的课程资源建设,使课程建设由资源驱动转向制度驱动,针对不同年级的特点弥补学生学习成效差距,针对不同学科探索“金课”建设普适原则。Through the comparison of key indicators of undergraduate education perceived by students in Chinese and American universities,it is found that the quality issues of undergraduate teaching in Chinese universities have shifted from teacher-centered to student-centered,particularly in the areas of insufficient high-level learning abilities,inadequate active learning behaviors,and overall dissatisfaction with the learning experience.Analysis of key indicators of undergraduate education perceived by Chinese university students reveals that online teaching hinders the cultivation of high-level learning abilities and the stimulation of active learning behaviors.There is an urgent need to enhance the development of high-level learning abilities,active learning behaviors,and educational experiences for second and third-year students.Art majors demonstrate significantly higher levels of active learning behaviors compared to students in other disciplines,while history and science majors exhibit significantly lower levels.Therefore,it is important to prioritize the construction of the key curriculum resources that directly benefit undergraduate students,shifting from resource-driven to institution-driven curriculum development.Efforts should be made to address the learning disparities among students in different grades and explore universal principles for developing"excellent courses"in various academic disciplines.
