摘  要:围绕新工科建设的人才培养目标,结合当前社会对工程技术人才的需求,对现有教学体系进行改革,基于自动控制原理中的复合控制理念,构建一套从教学前调研到教学后反馈的科学化教学体系。通过前馈学情分析设计教学内容和环节,并根据多层次反馈评价调整教学方法和手段,实现知识模块迭代优化、教学课程持续改进以及学生能力综合提升的效果。Focusing on the talent cultivation goal of the construction of new engineering disciplines,combining with the current social demand for engineering and technical personnel,the existing teaching system is reformed and a scientific teaching system is built up,based on the concept of composite control in automatic control principles.The pre-teaching survey and post-teaching feedback are conducted out in this teaching system.The teaching contents and steps are designed through feedforward learning situation analysis,and the teaching methods and means are adjusted according to multi-level feedback evaluation,so as to achieve the effect of iterative optimization of knowledge modules,continuous improvement of teaching courses and improvement of students'comprehensive abilities.
