摘  要:教育家陶行知提出“行是知之始,知是行之成”,倡导行知合一的研学活动的办学模式,此模式对开放大学及社区教育有许多借鉴之处。研学是社区教育的新载体,各地社区大学纷纷响应国家号召,积极将研学融入于校本课程和社区课程建设之中。为此,研学已经成为社区教育和终身教育的重要组成部分,行知合一的教育指导思想成为未来社区教育的发展趋势之一。本文对研学作为社区教育新载体进行探索,将研学对社区教育具有的研学意义、研学原则和研学组织管理方面做一些深度的思考与实践。Educator Tao Xingzhi advocated for the integration of practical experience and theoretical knowledge,promoting an educational model centered on research and learning activities.His advocacy holds significant relevance for open universities and community education initiatives.Research and study programs have emerged as an innovative platform for community education,with community colleges nationwide actively incorporating these programs into their academic frameworks and community outreach initiatives in response to national directives.As a result,research and study programs have become integral to community education and lifelong learning,with the educational philosophy of blending theory with practice poised to shape the future of community education development.Building upon this foundation,this paper explores research and study programs as a novel medium for community education,examining their importance,guiding principles,and organizational management considerations.By offering profound reflection and practical insights,this study aims to contribute to the advancement of community education practices.
