中西药学专业治疗药物监测实习带教工作浅析

摘　　要：治疗药物监测(Therapeutic drug monitoring,TDM)是临床实现药物治疗个体化的重要手段。在医学教育中,TDM的实习对于培养专业人才和学科发展具有重要意义。文章通过分析安徽医科大学第一附属医院TDM实习带教中存在的问题、介绍相关工作并总结中西药学专业实习带教经验,认为基于多种教学模式的综合运用是加强TDM理论学习,帮助实习生梳理TDM全流程的关键点,有利于培养实习生实践能力、提升实习质量。Therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM)is an important means to individualize drug therapy in the clinical treatment process.In medical education,TDM internship is of great significance for training professionals and discipline development.By analyzing the problems faced in the TDM internship teaching in The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University,introducing the TDM in-ternship work,and summarizing the experience in the process of internship teaching traditional Chinese medicine and western medi-cine majors,it is believed that strengthening the theoretical learning of TDM based on the comprehensive use of multiple teaching modes and helping interns to sort out the key points in the whole process of TDM are conducive to the cultivation of the interns’practi-cal ability and the improvement of the quality of the internship.
