摘 要:中医临床思维是中医诊疗疾病的关键要素。中医临床思维的培养是提升当今中医药院校教育质量的重点和关键。囿于医学伦理、中医知识结构的复合性特点,当前中医临床思维培养仍存在部分问题。虚拟仿真技术为新型教学模式,可提供沉浸、有效、安全的学习体验,弥补了部分传统教学的缺憾,已成为当前高等医学院校教育改革的重点。南京中医药大学“麻黄类方药应用思维实训虚拟仿真实验”为首批国家一流本科课程,以学生为中心构建了“固知-体验-应用-探究”多模块虚拟仿真平台,融合了中医和现代医药思维综合分析和应用,为中医药院校建设培养中医临床思维的虚拟中医实验室教学平台提供了借鉴。Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)clinical thinking is the key part of TCM the diagnosis and treatment.The cultivation of TCM clinical thinking is the focus and key to improving the quality of education in TCM colleges and universities.Due to medical ethics and the complex characteristics of TCM knowledge structure,there are still some problems in cultivation and teaching of TCM clinical thinking.As a new teaching mode,virtual simulation technology can provide immersive,effective,and safe learning experi-ences,making up for some shortcomings in traditional teaching,and has become the focus of research in the current educational re-form of medical colleges and universities.As the national first-class undergraduate course,the multi module virtual simulation plat-form of“virtual simulation experiment in thinking training of application of formulae for relieving exterior syndromes containing Chi-nese herbs like ephedra”built by Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine integrates the comprehensive analysis and application capa-bilities of TCM and modern medical thinking,providing a reference for TCM colleges to build a virtual laboratory teaching platform for cultivating TCM clinical thinking.
