摘  要:目的研究儿童口腔医学临床思维训练中运用思维导图联合PBL教学法的效果。方法选择广州医科大学口腔医学专业2019级54名即将临床实习的口腔医学本科生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组。在儿童口腔医学临床思维训练中,对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用思维导图联合PBL教学法。通过病例分析考核、临床思维能力评分和教学问卷调查来评价教学效果。结果与对照组相比,实验组病例分析考核总分、临床思维能力评分更高,对教学效果评价更好(P<0.05)。结论思维导图联合PBL教学法有助于口腔医学本科生对儿童口腔医学专业知识的掌握和临床思维的培养,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of the application of mind map combined with PBL teaching method in clinical thinking training of pediatric dentistry.Methods 54 undergraduates majoring in dentistry from Guangzhou Medical University enrolled in 2019 who are about to start clinical internships were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.In the clinical thinking training of pediatric dentistry,the control group received traditional teaching model,while the experimental group received mind mapping combined with PBL teaching method.Evaluated teaching effectiveness through case analysis assessment,evaluation on clinical thinking ability and teaching questionnaire survey.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher scores in case analysis assessment and clinical thinking ability,and had a better evaluation of teaching effectiveness(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mind map and PBL teaching method is helpful for undergraduates in dentistry to master the professional knowledge of pediatric dentistry and cultivate clinical thinking,which is worth promoting.
