摘 要:通过对天津市某高校2023级大学生发出3000份调查问卷,考察大学生在处理心理问题时的求助倾向及妨碍其寻求专业帮助的原因,提出应从以下方面完善大学生心理求助体系:一是认清学生主体地位,鼓励学生进行自我心理疏导和相互帮助;二是改善大学生所处家庭社会环境,加大对心理问题的关注和宣传力度;三是高校强化政策引领,构建标准化立体化的心理辅导和课程体系。By distributing 3000 questionnaires among grade 2023 university students from a university in Tianjin,in this article we investigate the tendency of university students to seek assistance when dealing with their psychological problems and the reasons that hinder them from seeking professional assistance,and further propose that the psychological assistance system of university students be improved from the following three aspects.The first is to recognize university students’principal status,encouraging them to conduct self-psychological counseling and mutual help;the second is to improve the family and social environment of university students,increasing the attention and publicity of their psychological problems;the third is to strengthen policy guidance and build standardized three-dimensional psychological counseling and curriculum construction.
