摘　　要：纳米酶生物传感器具有灵敏度高、特异性好、反应快速等特点,在医学诊断、食品安全监测、环境污染监测等领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文分析了纳米酶生物传感器在食品质量与安全检测中的具体应用及未来发展趋势,以供借鉴。Nanoenzyme biosensors have the characteristics of high sensitivity,good specificity,and rapid response,making them widely applicable in medical diagnosis,food safety monitoring,environmental pollution monitoring,and other fields.This article analyzes the specific applications and future development trends of nanoenzyme biosensors in food quality and safety detection,for reference.
