摘　　要：督导式教学门诊是医学教育领域的一种创新模式,指导医师在门诊环境中教学,为住院医师提供更多实践机会和个性化指导。住院医师通过接触更多实际案例,获得实时反馈,提升其岗位胜任能力。本文聚焦于神经内科领域,介绍督导式教学门诊的概念与意义,并探讨这一教学模式的目标和方法,借助已开展督导式教学门诊的科室经验,梳理督导式教学门诊目前遇到的督导资源有限、组织和管理混乱、评估和质量监控体系不成熟等挑战,并提出解决方法和注意事项,以期为神经内科住院医师规范化培训提供有效的教学策略,培养具备全面素养的神经内科医疗人才。通过不断融合实践和改进,督导式教学门诊有望在神经内科教育领域取得积极进展。The supervised teaching outpatient clinics present an innovative paradigm in medical education.Supervisory physicians teach in outpatient clinics,providing more practice opportunities and personalized guidance for residents.Residents are allowed to engage with a wider range of authentic medical cases,receive realtime feedback,and thereby enhance their professional competency.Focusing specifically on the domain of neurology,this article elucidates the concept and significance of supervised teaching outpatient clinics.Furthermore,the article discusses the teaching objectives and methodologies of this approach.Drawing from experiences and insights in other departments,this article systematically assesses the current challenges confronting supervised teaching outpatient clinics;that is,the paucity of supervisory resources,poor management,and the incipient state of the monitoring and evaluation system.This article proposes relevant remedies and considerations,and aims at providing effective teaching strategies for standardized training of neurology residents and nurturing neurologists with comprehensive ability.Through consistent practice and improvement,the supervised teaching outpatient clinic holds the potential to achieve substantial progress in the realm of neurology education.
