摘  要:目的探讨情景模拟教学在住院医师心肺复苏技能提升中的应用效果。方法选取在宜昌市中心人民医院麻醉科接受住院医师规范化培训的60名住院医师为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组进行心肺复苏教学,每组30名。观察组采用情景模拟教学,对照组采用传统教学。比较教学后两组住院医师心肺复苏理论知识、技术性技能和非技术技能的考核成绩,采用调查问卷的方式评定住院医师教学满意度和学习自信度,根据教学满意度和学习自信度比较两种不同心肺复苏技能培训模式教学效能及住院医师获益程度。采用Stata15.0软件进行t检验和χ^(2)检验,绘制受试者工作特征曲线和决策曲线。结果两组住院医师理论考试、技术性技能考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组住院医师心肺复苏的非技术技能考核成绩优于对照组,教学满意度和学习自信度的评分较高,技术性技能加非技术技能培训模式的教学效能更好且住院医师获益更大,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论情景模拟应用于心肺复苏教学更能提高住院医师的非技术技能、教学满意度和学员自信度。Objective To explore the application of scenario simulation teaching in improving the skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)for residents.Methods 60 residents who received standardized training in anesthesiology department were randomly divided into observation group and control group for cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching,with 30 residents in each group.The observation group adopted scenario simulation teaching,while the control group adopted traditional teaching.After teaching,the assessment results of theoretical knowledge,technical skills and non-technical skills of the two groups were compared,and the teaching satisfaction and residents'self-confidence were evaluated by questionnaires.According to the teaching satisfaction and residents'self-confidence,the teaching effectiveness and residents'benefit of two different training modes of CPR skills were compared.T-test and Chi-square test were conducted by Stata15.0 software,and the curves of the subjects'working characteristics(ROC)and decision-making(DCA)were drawn.Results There were no statistical differences between the two groups in basic data,theoretical examination and technical skills examination(all P>0.05).The residents in the observation group scored better in the examination of non-technical skills of CPR after teaching(P<0.05).Residents in the observation group scored higher on teaching satisfaction and self-confidence(P<0.05).The training mode of technical skills plus non-technical skills had better teaching efficiency and residents benefited more.(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation teaching in CPR teaching can improve the non-technical skills,teaching satisfaction and self-confidence of residents.
