摘 要:建筑行业的飞速发展对土木工程材料专业人才培养提出更高的要求,其中工程创新能力的培养越来越重要。近年来,青岛理工大学在具有工程创新能力的土木工程材料专业人才的培养方面,进行有益的探索与实践。依托获批的海洋环境混凝土技术国家创新引智基地(111计划)、教育部工程研究中心,将最新科研成果和工程前沿技术充分融入人才培养过程,科教产融合,同时进行海洋特色化课程体系改革,注重多学科交叉融合,并通过国际化合作培养学生国际视野,切实提高学生的工程创新能力。The rapid development of construction industry has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of civil engineering materials professionals.Among which,the cultivation of engineering innovation ability has garnered considerable attention.In recent years,Qingdao University of Technology has carried out useful exploration and practice in the cultivation of civil engineering materials professionals with engineering innovation capabilities.Specifically,relying on Overseas Expertise Introduction&Discipline Innovation Center base of Marine Environment Concrete Technology(111 Program)and the Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education,the latest scientific research achievements and cutting-edge engineering technologies are fully integrated into the talent training process via the integration of scientific research,education and industry.Meanwhile,the reform of curriculum system with marine characteristic are conducted,andlay the emphasis on multidisciplinary cross-integration;furthermore,the school has carried out actively international cooperation for cultivating students'international vision.All of which has effectively improved students'engineering innovation ability.
