摘  要:构建青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识协同育人体系是一项多元协作、多因互动、多向赋能的系统工程。文章以系统论为理论基础,阐述青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识协同育人体系的整体性、目标性、协同性、开放性的深刻内涵,分析所遇到的教育主体责任不分明、教育目标定位不明确、教育内容条理不清晰、教育环境封闭不畅通等现实困境。进而提出构建青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识协同育人体系的实践理路,即秉持整体性,打造“共建共进共享”的协同育人共同体;秉持目的性,设计“有形有感有效”的协同育人目标体系;秉持协同性,编排“互补互递互增”的协同育人内容体系;秉持开放性,共创“联合联动联通”的协同育人环境体系,以期为青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育拓启新程。It is a systematic project of multiple cooperation,multi-factor interaction and multi-directional empowerment to con⁃struct the collaborative education system for young people to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation.Based on the theoretical foundation of system theory,the article elaborates the profound connotation of the holistic,goal-oriented,synergistic and open of the collaborative education system for young people to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation.It al⁃so analyzes the practical difficulties encountered,such as unclear responsibility of the educational subject,unclear positioning of the educational goal,unclear organization of the educational content and closed educational environment.Based on this,we put for⁃ward a practical approach to building a collaborative education system for young people to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation.In the spirit of wholeness,we create a collaborative education community of“building,advancing,and sharing”.In the spirit of purposefulness,we design a“tangible,sensible and effective”collaborative education goal system.In the spirit of syn⁃ergy,we organize a“complementary and mutually reinforcing”collaborative education content system,and in the spirit of openness,we co-create a“united,linked and connected”collaborative education environment system,in order to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation education for young people to open up a new course.
