摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展和行业结构的不断调整,职业教育在培养高素质技术技能人才方面的作用日益凸显。在当前信息化技术飞速发展的背景下,职业教育的质量在很大程度上受到教师信息化教学能力的影响。文章基于行业需求,分析了职业教育教师信息化教学能力提升的必要性和紧迫性,探讨了有效的策略和方法,包括创设行业一教育融合平台、实施“未来教师”培养计划、引入竞争机制、实施“教师成长伙伴计划”等,以期推动职业教育与行业发展的深度融合。With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous adjustment of industry structure,the role of vocational education in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents is becoming increasingly prominent.In the context of the rapid development of information technology,the quality of vocational education is largely influenced by the information technology teaching ability of teachers.The article analyzes the necessity and urgency of enhancing the information technology teaching ability ofvocational education teachers based on the needs of previous industries,and explores effective strategies and methods,including creating an industry education integration platform,implementing the"Future Teacher"training plan,introducing competition mechanisms,and implementing the"Teacher Growth Partner Plan",in order to promote the deep integration of vocational education and industry development.
