摘 要:教育强国是国家教育综合实力和赋能经济社会可持续发展与人的全面发展的有效统一。“教育强国”是对“教育救国”“教育建国”“科教兴国”的继承与发展,继续教育在不同历史时期以不同的话语体系与实践样态和国家发展主题紧密联结。时代命题、国家场域、人民需求和教育现代化构成了继续教育支撑教育强国的核心要义,诠释了继续教育发展度、服务度、认可度的丰富内涵。新时代,继续教育持续充分支撑教育强国建设,要健全继续教育国家基本制度,完善发展驱动模式,推进数字化转型,构建继续教育发展共同体。An education power is an effective unity of a national comprehensive education strength,empowering economic and social sustainable development and all-round development of people.The construction of"an education power"is the inheritance and development of"saving a nation by education","building a nation by education",and"invigorating a nation through science and education".Continuing education is closely linked with the theme of national development and practice patterns in different historical periods with different discourse systems.The theme of the times,national context,people's needs,and modernization of education constitute the core essence of continuing education to support an education power,interpreting the rich connotations of the development,service,and recognition of continuing education.In the new era,continuing education will continue to fully support the construction of an education power.It is necessary to improve the basic system of continuing education,improve the development driven model,promote digital transformation,and build a community for the development of continuing education.
