摘 要:混合式教学可以将线上教学和线下教学优势结合在一起,提升教育的效率和质量。随着信息技术的不断发展,混合式教学在职业教育中取得了良好成效。但在职业教育混合式教学的实践进程中,仍然面临教学理念滞后、教学内容脱节、情境构建不足、教学资源过少等问题,需要从教学目标设定、教学内容设计、信息技术手段创新、校企联动等方面深入探索混合式教学发展模式,从实践出发,不断优化改进混合式教学模式,确保职业教育实践教学符合社会人才培养的实际需要。Mixed teaching can combine the advantages of online teaching and offline teaching together to improve the efficiency and quality of vocational education.With the continuous development of information technology,mixed teaching has achieved good results in vocational education.However,there are still some problems in the practical process of mixed teaching in vocational education,such as the lag of teaching concept,the disconnection of teaching content,the lack of situation construction and the lack of teaching resources.It is necessary to explore the development mode of mixed teaching from the aspects of teaching goal setting,teaching content design,information technological innovation and school-enterprise linkage.Starting from practice,it is necessary to constantly optimize and improve the mixed teaching mode,so as to ensure that the practical teaching of vocational education meets the actual needs of social talent training.
