摘　　要：目的了解感染科护士专业生活品质现状并分析其影响因素,为采取针对性措施提高其专业生活品质提供参考。方法便利选取湖北省11所三甲医院的388名感染科护士,采用一般资料调查表、专业生活品质量表、领悟社会支持量表、自我同情简表进行调查。结果感染科护士专业生活品质量表中倦怠、二次创伤和共情满意维度得分分别为(26.16±5.90)分、(22.42±4.91)分、(30.26±8.16)分。回归分析结果显示,职称、每日工作时长、收入满意度、饮食状况、自评身体状况、社会支持和自我同情是倦怠的影响因素;独生子女、学历和自我同情是二次创伤的影响因素;独生子女、工作年限、收入满意度、饮食状况、自评身体状况、社会支持和自我同情是共情满意的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论感染科护士的专业生活品质处于中等水平,影响因素较多。建议针对感染科护士的不同特征提供个性化的支持方案,以提高其专业生活品质。Objective To understand the status quo of professional quality of life of nurses in infectious disease department and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for taking targeted measures to improve their professional quality of life.Methods A total of 388 nurses were conveniently selected in the infectious disease department of 11 tertiary hospitals in Hubei Province.The general information questionnaire,Professional Quality of Life Scale(ProQOL),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form(SCS-SF)were used for the investigation.Results The scores of burnout,secondary trauma,and compassion satisfaction of the ProQOL were(26.16±5.90),(22.42±4.91)and(30.26±8.16),respectively.The results of regression analysis showed that professional title,daily working hours,income satisfaction,dietary status,self-rated physical condition,social support and self-compassion were the influencing factors of burnout;only child,education background and self-compassion were the influencing factors of secondary trauma;and only child,years of working experience,income satisfaction,dietary status,self-rated physical condition,social support and self-compassion were the influencing factors of compassion satisfaction(all P<0.05).Conclusion The professional quality of life of nurses in infectious disease department is at a moderate level,with numerous influencing factors.It is recommended to provide individualized support programs tailored to the different characteristics of nurses in infectious disease department,in order to improve their professional quality of life.
