摘 要:粮食的储藏安全是确保粮食安全的重要组成部分,用交叉学科技术解决粮食安全储藏中的问题是粮食行业发展新质生产力的重要举措。纳米材料以其特有的性质在不同行业取得了广泛应用,在课题组前期研究的基础上,聚焦于纳米材料在抑制粮食储藏过程中虫霉发生发展、真菌毒素代谢与降解、粮食品质保护等几方面的应用情况。针对虫霉防控,重点探讨了纳米抑菌材料在抑制微生物生长、防止粮堆发热霉变中的应用案例,介绍了纳米抑菌复合物的构建方法以及在抑菌包装材料领域的应用。针对粮食中的真菌毒素,介绍了纳米材料在真菌毒素快速检测、真菌毒素降解领域的应用情况。针对粮食品质的劣变,介绍了纳米材料在粮食产后保质保鲜和粮食种植过程中提高粮食品质的应用情况。期待本综述能引起人们对纳米材料在粮食储藏中的研究与应用兴趣,推动纳米材料在粮食行业的广泛应用。The safety of grain storage is a crucial component of ensuring food security,and employing interdisciplinary technologies to solve issues in grain storage safety is an important measure for the development of new productive forces in the grain industry.Nanomaterials with the unique properties have found extensive applications across various industries.Based on our preliminary research,this review,focuses on the application of nanomaterials in several aspects of grain storage,including the inhibition of insect and mold growth,fungal toxin metabolism and degradation,and grain quality preservation.In terms of insect and mold control,the review highlights the application cases of nanomaterials in inhibiting microbial growth and preventing heat and mold generation in grain storage.It introduces the construction methods of nanomaterial antibacterial composites and their applications in the field of antibacterial packaging materials.For fungal toxins in grain,the review introduced the application of nanomaterials in rapid detection and degradation.For the deterioration of grain quality,the review introduced the use of nanomaterials in post-harvest preservation and inproving grain quality during the planting process.It was the hoped that this arital would pique interest in the research and application of nanomaterials in grain storage,thereby promote the widespread application in the grain industry.
