终身学习视角下社区教育特色课程资源库构建

摘　　要：为有力推动构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系,切实提升社区教育的公共服务能力与普惠水平,深入挖掘来自各行各业的技术技能人才,社区教育地方特色课程的建设工作亦具有至关重要的意义。社区教育地方特色课程资源内容选择应遵循相关性与适应性、综合性与前瞻性、可持续发展与地方化、实践性与参与性等原则。基于此,文章提出建立社区教育地方特色课程资源库、打造课程标杆、开展多种课程实施形式、构建社区教育智慧平台,以及教育资源评估与反馈机制等策略,以促进社区教育与当地经济社会发展相融合,帮助社区居民形成终身学习的意识,助力学习型社会和学习型社区的建设。In order to construct an educational system that serves lifelong learning for all,and to effectively enhance public service capacity and inclusiveness of community education,and deeply tap into technical and skilled personnel from various industries,the construction of local characteristic courses is of great significance.Against this backdrop,the selection of courses content should follow principles such as relevance and adaptability,comprehensiveness and foresight,sustainable development and localization,practicality and participation.In view of this,the article proposes to establish a local characteristic courses base,create curriculum benchmarks,carry out various forms of curriculum implementation,build a smart platform,and establish an evaluation and feedback mechanism,in order to promote the integration of community education with local economic and social development,help residents foster a lifelong learning awareness,and thereby assisting in the construction of a learning society and a learning community.
