摘  要:随着我国经济的迅猛发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,对健康、便捷、安全的食品需求不断提升,这也意味着需要更多食品方向的专业人才。目前,我国高校食品学科本科毕业实习教学存在一定问题,严重影响本科教学的质量。以就业为导向,系统分析了我国食品科学专业毕业实习教学存在的问题,并对其解决方案进行了探讨,以期能够改变现有的教学模式,促进我国食品学科的健康发展。With the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standards are constantly improving,and their demand for healthy,convenient,and safe food is constantly increasing.This also means that more professional talents in the field of food are needed.At present,there are certain problems in the undergraduate internship teaching of food science in Chinese universities,which seriously affect the quality of undergraduate teaching.This study was employment oriented and systematically analyzed the problems in graduation internship teaching of food science majors in China,and explored solutions to them,with the aim of changing the existing teaching mode and promoting the healthy development of food science in China.
