摘 要:根据“食品包装学”课程性质、教学目标和学情分析,采用“1个中心、1个主线、3个关键词和5个核心”的创新理念进行教学设计。利用超星学习通微课视频完成课前线上预习,采用启发式教学、知识点精讲、案例分析等完成课程线下精讲,利用网络平台(如中国大学MOOC(慕课))和在线数据库(如知网)完成课后知识巩固和拓展提升;设置日常考勤、课堂讨论、日常作业、期末课程论文等多元化考核评价方式,科学评价课程教学效果,促进学生自主学习;加强思政建设,提高线上线下教学质量。教学实践表明,以学生为中心、产出为导向的线上线下混合式教学设计,有效激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生高阶思维,提升专业知识水平、强化分析与解决食品包装实际问题的能力。Based on the course nature,teaching objectives,and learning situation analysis of Food Packaging Science,an innovative concept of“one center,one main line,three keywords,and five cores”was adopted for teaching design.Super Star Learning micro course videos were used to complete the preview on the front line of the course,heuristic teaching,precise lectures on knowledge points,and case analysis were used to complete online and offline lectures,and network platforms such as Chinese University MOOC(MOOC)and online database such as CNKI were used to complete the consolidation and expansion of after-class knowledge.Daily attendance,classroom discussions,daily assignments,final course papers and other diversified assessment and evaluation methods were set up to scientifically evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the course,and promoted students'autonomous learning.Ideological and political construction was enhanced to improve the quality of online and offline hybrid teaching.The teaching effectiveness showed that the online and offline hybrid teaching design,which was student-centered and output oriented,effectively stimulated students'interest in learning,cultivated their higher-order thinking,improved their professional knowledge level,strengthened the ability to analyze and solved practical problems in food packaging.
