摘　　要：伴随消费者对健康关注度的持续增加,功能性糖果市场规模逐步扩大。功能性糖果的种类和配方也在不断优化以适应市场要求。就目前功能性糖果市场发展而言,还存在许多产品技术问题与市场壁垒。阐述目前各种不同类型功能性糖果的开发现状,总结我国功能性糖果行业存在问题,并对功能性糖果合理开发提出建议。With the continuous increase in consumer attention to health,the market size of functional candies is gradually expanding.Functional candies are constantly being optimized in variety and formula to meet market requirements.In terms of the current development of the functional candy market,there are still many product technical issues and market barriers.This article elaborated on the current development status of various types of functional candies,summarized the existing problems in China's functional candy industry,and put forward suggestions for the rational development of functional candies.
