摘 要:文章基于北京舞蹈学院的样本调查,进行艺术院校专业舞蹈教师培训的实证研究。调研发现,舞蹈教师在日常教学工作中对学科知识的吸收和开发十分重视,但出现忽视教学实施过程研究的情况,教学生态对教学现状和教师专业发展影响较大。研究建议,在舞蹈学科特性的基础上进行教学与研究的结构性融合,进一步倡导复合式教学理念,促进教法与学科知识的深度融合以及跨学科研究,构建教学与学术研究共同发展的良好教学生态。Based on a sample survey of Beijing Dance Academy,this paper conducts an empirical study on the training of professional dance teachers in dance colleges from the theoretical perspective of“the scholarship of teaching and learning”.It finds that dance teachers attach great importance to the absorption and development of disciplinary knowledge in their daily teaching,but sometimes neglect research on the teaching process,and teaching ecology has a great impact on the current teaching situation and the professional development of teachers.It recommends that structural integration of teaching and research should be carried out based on the characteristics of the dance discipline to promote the concept of combined teaching,the in⁃depth integration of teaching methods and disciplinary knowledge as well as interdisciplinary integration,and to build an ecology of teaching favorable for the structural integration of teaching and research.
