高速铁路多配线车站正线列控应答器设置方案研究

摘  要:某高速铁路多配线车站正线股道应答器组与出站信号机距离大于120 m,当办理了正线转线发车进路时,列车越过出站信号机后列控车载设备由完全监控模式转为部分监控模式,在上下行转线处触发常用制动。针对这一问题,首先梳理应答器设置、出站信号机设置及报文信息的相关规范,明确出站信号机、安全防护距离、站台位置、运输组织等对应答器组设置的要求;其次从车载控制逻辑和应答器报文信息等方面,研究多配线车站列控车载设备与地面设备适应性问题。结合铁路信号工程具体实施情况,提出车载设备逻辑取消120 m限制条件、[CTCS-1]报文信息中增加D_SIGNAL=0的相关区段描述、正线股道应答器组与出站信号机距离不大于120 m等建议,可为车载设备逻辑优化和信号工程设计提供参考。Due to the distance exceeding 120 m between the main track balise group and the starting signal of a high speed railway multi-siding station,a specific type of onboard train control equipment switches from full supervision mode to partial supervision mode after crossing the starting signal during main track shunting departure route handling,possibly causing the equipment to trigger the service brake at the shunting of up and down lines.In response to the above issues,Firstly,relevant specifications for the setting and message information of the balise and starting signal are sorted out,and the requirements of the starting signal,safety protection distance,platform position,and transportation organization for the balise group setting are cleared.Secondly,from the aspects of onboard equipment control logic and balise message information,the adaptability of train control onboard equipment to ground equipment in a multi-siding station is studied.Based on the specific implementation of railway signaling engineering,suggestions are proposed,such as removing the 120 m restriction condition,adding relevant section descriptions with D_SIGNAL=0 in the[CTCS-1]message information,and ensuring that the distance between the main track balise group and the starting signal is not more than 120 m.The study can provide reference for the optimization of onboard equipment logic and signaling engineering design.
