摘　　要：黄曲霉毒素是一种重要饲料安全风险因子,污染范围非常广泛,对动物健康造成严重伤害。本文综述了黄曲霉毒素的理化性质、污染现状、对畜禽的危害及有效去除黄曲霉毒素的方法,为有效控制饲料中黄曲霉毒素对动物危害提供参考。Aflatoxin is an important feed safety risk factor with a wide range of contamination,causing serious harm to animal health.This paper reviewed the physical and chemical properties,pollution status,harm to livestock and poultry and effective removal methods of aflatoxins,so as to provide a basis for better control of aflatoxins in feed to animals caused by aflatoxin in feed.
