摘 要:目的研究和分析临床教学查房中应用SP联合PBL教学查房模式的效果。方法将2022年1—5月本院呼吸科的74名医学生分成两组,对照组(n=37)医学生应用传统教学查房模式,观察组(n=37)医学生联合应用SP与PBL教学查房模式,比较两组学生出科成绩、综合能力、教学满意度及思政素养。结果观察组学生理论考试与病例分析成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学生临床思维能力、知识理解和提取能力、自主学习兴趣、临床沟通技巧、文献查阅能力评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学生对教学满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学生思政素养得分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论临床教学查房教学中应用SP联合PBL教学查房模式可有效提高教学效果,能够使学生的综合能力获得显著提高,对于提升学生的教学满意度也有重要价值。Objective To study and analyze effect of combination of SP and PBL teaching rounds in clinical teaching rounds.Methods The paper chose 74 respiratory medical students from our hospital from January 2022 to May 2022,and divided them into two groups.Control group(n=37)was treated with traditional teaching rounds,while observation group(n=37)with combination of SP and PBL teaching rounds.Academic performance,comprehensive ability,teaching satisfaction degree,and ideological and political literacy was was compared between two groups of students.Results Theoretical exam and case analysis scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Clinical thinking ability,knowledge understanding and extraction ability,self-learning interest,clinical communication skills,literature review ability,and total scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree in observation group with teaching was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Observation group scored higher in ideological and political literacy than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SP combined with PBL teaching rounds can effectively improve teaching effectiveness,significantly enhance comprehensive abilities,and have important value in enhancing teaching satisfaction degree of students in clinical teaching.
