应用型本科院校实践教学管理体制与运行机制的探索与实践——以西安航空学院为例

摘　　要：结合学校的应用型办学定位及高素质应用型的人才培养目标,基于近年来学校在实践教学方面存在的主要问题,通过系统梳理现有资源,完成了对实践教学资源的优化整合。为保证实践教学有效运行,完善了实践教学平台科学运行评价机制,分类建立了专业实验教学平台、工程能力训练平台、课外实践训练平台、校外实践创新平台等实践教学平台,强化了学生实践能力培养,对地方应用型本科院校实践教学运行管理的进行了有益的探索实践,具有一定的借鉴意义。Combined with the application-oriented positioning and high-quality application-oriented talent training goals,based on the main problems existing in practical teaching in recent years,the optimization and integration of practical teaching resources are completed by systematically sorting out the existing resources.In order to ensure the effective operation of practical teaching,the scientific operation evaluation mechanism of practical teaching platform has been improved,and practical teaching platforms such as professional experimental teaching platform,engineering ability training platform,extracurricular practical training platform and off-campus practice innovation platform have been established,which has strengthened the cultivation of students′practical ability and carried out beneficial exploration and practice on the operation and management of practical teaching in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities with meaningful significance of reference.
