优质的职业教育课堂互动是怎样的——基于三节中职典型课堂的观察

摘　　要：良好的师生互动是衡量职业教育课堂教学质量的关键。通过观察三节运用行动导向教学法的中职课堂,对观察数据综合运用弗兰德斯互动分析法和滞后序列分析法,分析师生互动行为比率和师生互动行为序列,发现优质的职业教育课堂师生互动具有互动形式多元以促进学生主体性觉醒、问题贯穿以适度激发学生高阶思维发展、注重营造合作学习文化以提升学生非认知技能等特征,但是在教师提问策略、教育与技术融合等方面还有待完善,进而综合提出关注课堂过程性评价,增强学生课堂参与度;遵循职业教育学生认知特点,科学优化提问策略;数字化赋能教师教学实践,促进信息与教学深度融合等改进策略。Good teacher-student interaction is the key to measuring the quality of secondary vocational classroom teaching.By observing three sections of action oriented teaching methods in vocational school classrooms,and using a combination of Flanders interaction analysis system and lagged sequence analysis to analyze the teacher-student interaction behavior ratio and sequence,it was found that high-quality vocational school classrooms have diverse forms of interaction to promote student subjectivity awakening,and problems run through to moderately stimulate the development of higher-order thinking in students,Emphasis is placed on creating a collaborative learning culture to enhance students'non cognitive skills and other characteristics,but there is still room for improvement in teacher questioning strategies,education and technology integration,and a comprehensive approach is proposed to focus on classroom process evaluation and enhance student classroom participation;Following the cognitive characteristics of vocational school students,scientifically optimizing questioning strategies;Digitalization empowers teachers in teaching practice,promotes deep integration of information and teaching,and other improvement strategies.
