摘　　要：目前,蚕茧分割计数研究主要针对大小几乎完全相同的蚕茧,难以应对大小差异较大的情况。针对上述问题,采用图像增强的方法提取蚕茧表面并进行蚕茧的粘连分割。首先,将原图直接转化为灰度图像进行腐蚀处理,通过Gamma校正使得图像灰度值收缩;其次,通过限制对比度自适应直方图均衡化(CLAHE)方法提高蚕茧图像与其背景区域的灰度差,使其进一步分离;再利用高斯滤波和腐蚀方法平滑并收缩蚕茧图像,根据亮度数据进行第二次Gamma校正以调整对比度;最后,通过二值化处理统计连通域个数得出蚕茧数量。实验结果表明,所提方法针对大小蚕茧分割适应力较强,平均准确率高达99%。The research on silkworm cocoon segmentation and counting mainly focuses on silkworm cocoons that are almost identical in size,making it difficult to cope with situations with significant differences in size.On this basis,the surface of the silkworm cocoon can be extracted by means of the image enhancement method for the adhesive segmentation of the silkworm cocoon.The original image is directly converted into a grayscale image for the corrosion processing,and the grayscale value of the image is shrunk by means of the Gamma correction.The contrast limited adaptive histgram equalization(CLAHE)method is used to improve the gray difference between the silkworm cocoon image and its background area,so that it could be further separated.The Gaussian filter and corrosion method are used to smooth and shrink the silkworm cocoon image,and then the second Gamma correction is conducted based on brightness data to adjust the contrast.The number of connected domain is counted by binary processing to obtain the number of silkworm cocoons.The experimental results show that the proposed method has strong adaptability to the segmentation of large and small silkworm cocoons,and the average accuracy is as high as 99%.
