摘　　要：高职院校以培养应用型技术人才为主要目标,在新时代承担着为国家输送优秀蓝领工人的职责。正是高职院校的人才培养目标决定着高职院校应注重打造独特的校园文化,即鼓励学生发挥主观能动性,通过生产实践钻研技术,通过劳动奉献实现价值。劳模精神是中国先进劳动文化的体现,也是新时代工人阶级先进性的表现。将劳模精神融入高职院校校园文化建设,能够为学生提供强大的精神力量,引导学生在实践中践行劳模精神,争先创优。Higher vocational colleges take the training of applied technical talents as the main goal,and take on the task of transporting excellent blue-collar workers for the country in the new era.It is the talent training goal of higher vocational colleges that decides that higher vocational colleges should pay attention to building a unique campus culture,that is,to encourage students to exert their subjective initiative and study technology through pro⁃duction practice,realize value through labor dedication.The spirit of model workers is the embodiment of China’s advanced labor culture,but also the performance of the advanced nature of the working class in the new era.If higher vocational colleges can integrate the spirit of model workers into the construction of campus culture,they can provide students with strong spiritual force and guide them to practice the spirit of model workers and strive for excellence.
