高职教育高质量发展的时代内涵和基本特征

摘　　要：高职教育高质量发展具有丰富的时代内涵。从基本理念看,是符合“新发展理念”的发展;从目标导向看,是服务经济社会高质量发展的发展;从实现路径看,是实现质量、效率和动力变革的发展;从根本目的看,是满足人民群众对职业教育新期待和新需求的发展。进入新发展阶段,高职教育高质量发展呈现出四个基本特征:第一,从“数量追赶”转向“质量追赶”;第二,从“规模扩张”转向“结构优化”;第三,从“要素推动”转向“创新驱动”;第四,从“相对封闭”转向“更加开放”。The high-quality development of higher vocational education has rich times connotation.From the basic concept,it is in line with the"new concept of development";from the perspective of goal orientation,it is to serve the high-quality development of economic and social development;from the perspective of realization path,it is to realize the transformation and development of quality,efficiency and power;from the fundamental purpose,it is to meet the people's new expectations and new needs for vocational education.Entering the new development stage,the high-quality development of higher vocational education presents four basic characteristics:first,from"quantity catch-up"to"quality catch-up";second,from"scale expansion"to"structure optimization";third,from"factor driven"to"innovation driven";fourth,from"relatively closed"to"more open".
