摘　　要：高职院校的在线招生工作是疫情以来主要的招生手段和申报形式,因此,其相关风险控制与管理措施得到诸多研究者的关注。文章面向高职院校分析其线上招生系统,对其风险进行评估,考虑系统的风险管控措施,采用多种方法收集并分析数据,认为案例院校线上招生系统存在一系列风险,既包含有关键操作人员管理和用户身份信息验证等管理问题,也面对内部组织管理中数据安全与数据管理,灾备准备等一系列问题。文章基于此,探讨和分析相应风险管控措施,对各类风险源进行探讨,并整理有关制度性建设的风险管控举措。Online enrollment in higher vocational colleges has been the main enrollment means and application form since the epidemic,so its related risk control and management measures have attracted the attention of many researchers.Based on this,this paper analyzes the online enrollment system of higher vocational colleges,evaluates its risks,and considers the risk management and control measures of the system.Using a variety of methods to collect and analyze this paper data,identifies a range of risks in the online enrollment system of colleges and universities,including management problems such as management of key operators and user identity information verification,as well as a series of problems such as data security,data management and disaster preparedness in internal organization management.Based on this,this paper also discusses and analyzes the corresponding risk control measures,discusses various risk sources,and sorts out the risk control measures related to institutional construction.
