摘  要:了解高职院校师范生的就业焦虑情况,并探究缓解其就业焦虑的方法,促进其更好地就业。采用大学生就业焦虑诊断量表,通过线上、线下多渠道对318名高职院校师范生的就业焦虑情况进行调研,结果显示高职院校师范生有较强烈的就业焦虑情绪,主要原因在于社会认可度较低、就业市场竞争激烈等几个方面,可以通过提高专业素养、推进1+X证书的普及、提升高职师范生心理健康水平三个角度缓解高职院校师范生的就业焦虑。To understand the employment anxiety of normal college students in vocational colleges,and explore methods to alleviate their employment anxiety,in order to promote their better employment.Using the college student employment anxiety diagnosis scale,a survey was conducted on the employment anxiety of 318 vocational college normal students through online and offline channels.The results showed that vocational college normal students have strong employment anxiety emotions,mainly due to low social recognition and fierce competition in the job market.The employment anxiety of higher vocational college normal students can be alleviated from three perspectives:improving professional literacy,promoting the popularization of 1+X certificates,and improving the psychological health level of vocational college normal students.
