摘  要:社会的快速发展和技术的不断进步,对人才的创新能力要求越来越高。数学作为中职教育的一门重要基础课程,不仅能为学生的专业课程学习提供支撑,还能在培养学生职业创新能力方面发挥重要作用。在中职数学教学中,教师要更新教育观念,改进和优化教学方法,加大课程资源的开发力度,尊重个体差异,完善考核方式方法,以提高学生职业创新能力,为社会培养更多具有职业创新能力和综合素养的优秀人才。With the rapid development of society and the continuous progress of technology,there is an increasing demand for the innovative ability of talents.Mathematics,as an important foundational course in secondary vocational education,not only provides support for students'professional course learning,but also plays an important role in cultivating their vocational innovation ability.In vocational mathematics teaching,teachers should update their educational concepts,improve and optimize teaching methods,increase the development of curriculum resources,respect individual differences,improve assessment methods,in order to enhance students'vocational innovation ability and cultivate more outstanding talents with vocational innovation ability and comprehensive literacy for society.
