摘　　要：综述了近年来光学新型材料在构建免疫层析试纸条中的应用,其中包括单信号输出光学免疫层析法和多重信号输出光学免疫层析法;讨论了多重信号输出光学免疫层析法用于食品安全快速检测的挑战和发展前景,以期为食品安全快速检测方法研究提供参考。The utilization of novel optical materials in the construction of immunochromatography test strips in recent years was reviewed,encompassing both single and multiple signal outputs optical immunochromatography method.The challenges and future prospects associated with the multi-signal output optical immunochromatography method for rapid food safety detection were also discussed,in order to provide reference for the research of rapid detection methods for food safety.
