摘 要:自2021年颁布以来,《家庭教育促进法》为家庭与学校在学生教育中的合作提供了法律依据,旨在增强双方的教育责任,推动学生的全面发展。本文系统分析了该法的出台背景、核心条款,以及家校共育的理论和实践基础,阐明了家庭与学校在学生教育中各自的角色与责任。尽管家校共育能够显著提升学生的学业表现和社会适应能力,但在实践中仍面临资源分配不均、责任划分模糊等挑战。为了推动家校合作的有效落实,本文建议通过政策引导、资源优化、明确双方职责等措施来解决这些问题。通过政策改进和进一步的理论研究,可以在教育体系中实现更高效的合作,共同塑造学生的未来。Since its promulgation in 2021,the“Law on the Promotion of Family Education”has provided a legal basis for cooperation between families and schools in student education,aiming to enhance the educational responsibilities of both parties and promote the comprehensive development of students.This paper systematically analyzes the background,core provisions,and theoretical and practical foundations of familyschool collaboration,clarifying the respective roles and responsibilities of families and schools in student education.Although familyschool collaboration significantly improves students’academic performance and social adaptability,it still faces challenges in practice,such as unequal resource distribution and unclear division of responsibilities.To promote the effective implementation of familyschool cooperation,this paper suggests addressing these issues through policy- guidance,resource optimization,and clarification of responsibilities.By improving policies and furthering theoretical research,a more efficient collaboration can be achieved within the education system,jointly shaping the future of students.
