职业院校教师能力素养的结构特征、影响因素与提升策略——基于12位优秀教师的案例分析

摘  要:职业院校教师的能力素养是影响职业教育高质量发展和人才培养质量的关键因素。以教育部首批职业院校优秀教师代表全国巡回宣讲团12位成员为研究对象,通过典型案例分析,探究职业院校优秀教师的能力素养结构。研究发现,职业院校教师能力素养的“经师”特征主要由教育教学能力、专业实践能力、科研创新能力等三方面组成,“人师”特征则主要由思想政治修养、爱岗敬业精神、严谨治学态度、为人师表世范、关爱学生发展等五方面组成。在分析其生成因素的基础上,提出加强职业道德教育、强化教育理论学习、建立教师协作机制、构建系统培养体系、搭建校企交流平台、完善保障激励政策的教师能力素养提升策略。The competence and quality of vocational college teachers are key factors affecting the high-quality development of vocational education and the quality of talent cultivation.Taking 12 members of the first batch of outstanding teacher representatives from vocational colleges of the Ministry of Education's national tour preaching team as the research objects,this study explores the competence structure and literacy of outstanding teachers in vocational colleges through typical case analysis.The professional characteristics of vocational college teachers'competence and literacy mainly consist of three aspects:educational and teaching ability,professional practice ability,and scientific research and innovation ability.The moral characteristics mainly consist of five aspects:ideological and political cultivation,dedication to work,rigorous academic attitude,setting a good example for teachers,and caring for student development.Based on the analysis of their generation factors,this study proposes strategies to enhance teachers'competence and literacy,including strengthening professional ethics education,enhancing educational theory learning,establishing teacher cooperation mechanisms,building a systematic training system,building a platform for school enterprise exchanges,and improving guarantee and incentive policies.
