校企合作视角下的保险专业人才培养模式研究

摘  要:近年来,我国保险行业朝着专业化、多元化、数字化的方向深化发展,保险企业对人才的需求正从保险销售、保险理赔等基础运营人才向保险精算、风险管理、数据分析等技能人才转变。为了适应保险人才需求的转变,我国教育主管部门和各高校加强校企合作和产教融合,努力提高人才培养与企业需求的匹配度,但是仍然存在师资队伍欠缺、课程设置针对性不强、学生实操能力较弱、企业参与度较低等突出问题。以上的问题需要政府、学校、企业、学生等多方参与,通过打造“双师型”教师队伍、开发多元化的保险专业课程、开展学生职业生涯规划、健全综合性的激励机制等方式,提高人才培养的针对性、系统性、专业性,实现学生就业、学校发展、企业盈利的共赢局面。In recent years,China’s insurance industry has deepened its development towards specialization,diversification,and digitization.The talent demand of insurance companies is changing from basic operation talents such as insurance sales and insurance claims to skilled talents such as insurance actuarial,risk management and data analysis.In order to adapt to the changing demand for insurance talents,China’s education authorities and universities have strengthened school enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education,striving to improve the matching between talent cultivation and enterprise needs.However,there are still prominent problems such as a lack of teaching staff,weak targeted curriculum design,weak practical ability of students,and low participation of enterprises.To address the above issues,multiple parties such as the government,schools,enterprises,and students need to participate.By building a“dual teacher”teaching team,developing diversified insurance professional courses,carrying out student career planning,and improving comprehensive incentive mechanisms,we can improve the targeted,systematic,and professional nature of talent cultivation,and achieve a win-win situation for student employment,school development,and enterprise profitability.
