摘  要:中医食疗学是中医与营养学相结合的应用类课程,对实践应用能力要求较高,并要求学生具备较为全面的中医理论知识。但现阶段非中医类专业的营养系本科学生对于中医体系及食疗概念缺乏深入的理解认识,导致课程后续转化质量欠佳。文章分析了目前课程体系中存在的问题,立足经典中医理论教学,构建以学生为行动主体的多元化教学模式,从而提高学生的学习主动性、提升教学质量,促进学生自发思考探究,拓展其实践能力和自主学习能力,为培养高素质复合型中医食疗人才打下坚实基础。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)dietary therapy is an applied course combining TCM and nutrition,which has high requirements for practical application.The students need to have a comprehensive theoretical basis of TCM.However,the students whose majors are not TCM,lack in-depth understanding of the basic courses of TCM and dietetics courses,resulting in poor quality of follow-up transformation of the course.The article analyzed the problems existing in the current curriculum system,and based on the teaching of classical Chinese medicine theory,constructed a diversified teaching mode,so as to promote students’learning initiative and positive,expand their practical ability and self-learning ability,improve teaching quality,and laid a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality compound TCM dietetic talents.
